Integration Google Calendar

Connect your calendar. Never schedule a notetaker again.

Queryable syncs your Google Calendar and automatically sends its notetaker to every meeting with a Meet or Teams link — on time, in the right language, with the summary waiting when you're done. You set up your calendar once and forget it's even running.

You never have to remember to record. If it's on your calendar with a link, it gets captured.

Google Meet and Microsoft Teams meetings are both detected from the invite and joined automatically.
1 setup
Connect your calendar once. Every future meeting is handled — new invites, reschedules and cancellations included.
How it works

Connect once. It shows up to every call.

Link your calendar and Queryable takes it from there — before, during and after the meeting.

1 Connect once

Link your calendar in a click.

Grant Queryable read-only access to your Google Calendar. It's the only setup step — from here on, your calendar is the single source of truth for what gets captured.

  • Read-only — Queryable reads your events, it never changes them.
  • Google & Microsoft — connect a Google or Microsoft account.
  • One-time setup — connect it once and you're done.

2 It watches your schedule

Every meeting with a link, found.

Queryable keeps your upcoming meetings in sync and reads each invite to see whether it's a Meet or Teams call. When there's a link, it lines up the notetaker to join at the right moment.

  • Provider detection — knows a Meet call from a Teams call automatically.
  • Always current — new invites, reschedules and cancellations are picked up.
  • Nothing to tag — you don't label or forward anything.

3 It shows up for you

The notetaker joins on time.

At the start of each meeting the notetaker joins as a visible participant, records, and delivers the summary and action items afterward — the same for every call, without you scheduling a thing.

  • On time — it joins when the meeting starts, not before or after.
  • Visible — it appears in the participant list, never hidden.
  • Recap waiting — summary, decisions and action items after every call.

What you get

Set-and-forget meeting capture.

Automatic scheduling

If it's on your calendar with a Meet or Teams link, the notetaker joins it. You never schedule capture by hand again.

Meet & Teams detection

Queryable reads each invite and knows which provider to join — Google Meet or Microsoft Teams — with no tagging from you.

Always in sync

New meetings, time changes and cancellations are all picked up automatically, so the notetaker is never in the wrong place.

Read-only & private

Queryable only reads your events to know when to join. It never edits your calendar or invites anyone.

Google & Microsoft

Connect a Google or Microsoft account — both calendar types are supported out of the box.

Recap after every call

Because capture is automatic, so is the payoff: a summary, decisions and action items land after each meeting.

Ask anything

Your schedule, one question away.

Which meetings do I have tomorrow that will be recorded?
Answer · calendar

Tomorrow the notetaker is set to join three meetings: the 09:00 standup (Meet), the 13:00 client call (Teams) and the 16:30 1:1 (Meet). A 15:00 hold with no meeting link will be skipped.

FAQ

Questions people ask first.

Does Queryable change my calendar?

No. Access is read-only — Queryable reads your events to know when to send the notetaker, and never edits, moves or creates anything.

Does it work with Microsoft calendars?

Yes. You can connect a Google or a Microsoft account, and meetings from either are captured the same way.

What if a meeting is rescheduled or cancelled?

It's handled automatically. Queryable stays in sync, so the notetaker follows the new time and skips anything cancelled.

Do I have to add a link or tag meetings?

No. As long as the invite has a Meet or Teams link, Queryable finds it — there's nothing to label or forward.
