1 Add it to the group

A contact, not an app.

Queryable has its own WhatsApp number. Add it to the group the way you would add any person. The moment it joins, it posts a connection code right there. Someone pastes that code into the platform and that is it: the group is yours. Before that confirmation, nothing is captured.

The code is good for 15 minutes. Expired? Mention the agent with /code and get another one.

2 Register your phone

This is how it knows who you are.

In your profile on the platform, enter the number you use on WhatsApp. It is what makes your messages show up under your name in the summaries and your voice notes come back as your notes. It is also what unlocks the commands: the agent only answers registered phones. People outside the team can mention it all they like; nothing happens.

3 Mention it and ask

The answer lands in the group, right away.

From then on you just use it. Back after a day away? Mention the agent and ask what you missed. Need what was agreed? Ask. The answer shows up in the chat itself, for everyone to see, without opening another tool.

What people ask before subscribing.

Do I need to install anything?

No. The agent is a WhatsApp number: you save the contact and add it to your groups, the way you would add any person. Nobody downloads an app or switches tools.

Does it keep everything the moment it joins?

No. On joining, it posts a connection code inside the group itself, valid for 15 minutes. The group only becomes memory once someone pastes that code into the platform. Without confirmation, nothing is captured.

Does it recover the group's older conversations?

No. The agent only captures what is said after it joins the group. Everything sent before that stays in WhatsApp alone: it does not read the earlier history and has no way to recover it. The memory starts on the day you connect the group.

Who can use the commands? And my DMs?

Commands only answer phones registered in Queryable. A client or supplier in the same group can mention it all they like, and nothing happens. And the voice notes you send it privately are yours: they never show up for the team.

Does audio really work?

Yes, and it is where most people are surprised. Group voice notes are transcribed and enter the summaries and the search as text. In a DM, a voice note comes back transcribed, summarized and with the tasks pulled out.

How many groups can I connect?
